JOB DESCRIPTION
As a Team Leader, you are responsible for keeping the production process running smoothly. You will work daily in a dynamic environment, closely monitoring quality, safety, and efficiency. Together with your team, you achieve set goals and ensure that our products leave the line with the highest quality.
Key responsibities?
- Ensure smooth production processes and achieve team objectives;
- Monitor compliance with safety, quality, hygiene, and company regulations;
- Develop and maintain work methods to improve efficiency and reduce cost;
- Organize work meetings, performance reviews, and appraisal discussions;
- Provide relevant management information and support projects.
You will work 5 days per week in a flexible schedule with alternating day and night shifts. Together with your motivated and multicultural team, you ensure our customers can rely on top-quality products every day.
REQUIREMENTS
- Experience in both day and night shifts, comfortable in a dynamic, constantly changing environment;
- Strong personality with leadership skills;
- Excellent communication skills in Dutch and Englishs;
- Ability to motivate, guide, and achieve results with teams;
- Solution-oriented, flexible, and people-focused.
WHAT WE OFFER
- Salary between €3,300 and €4,000 gross per month, depending on experience;
- Shift allowance according to the Collective Labor Agreement for Wholesale in Fruit and Vegetables;
- 26 vacation days and travel allowance;
