Flipjobs was founded in 2018 by Flip van Griensven, driven by the belief that recruitment can be more personal and transparent. After gaining his first year of experience within the recruitment industry, he decided to start his own agency, built on genuine attention for both clients and candidates.
Since then, Flipjobs has grown into a compact agency with broad experience across various roles and industries. From operational to specialist and commercial positions — we have successfully placed a wide range of profiles. This versatility enables us to quickly understand the core of a hiring need and provide focused, well-considered advice.
