JOB DESCRIPTION
In the role of Production Operator, you are responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the production process within a modern production environment. You work on one or more production lines where food products are processed, packaged, and checked. Together with your colleagues, you ensure that production runs efficiently, safely, and in accordance with the required quality standards.
You work in a 2- or 3-shift system and report to the Production Team Leader. Your role is both operational and technical, and you play an important part in maintaining continuity and quality within the process.
Key responsibities?
- Operating, setting up, and converting production machines and installations;
- Monitoring the production process and carrying out quality checks;
- Identifying and independently resolving first-line technical malfunctions;
- Supplying and checking raw materials and packaging materials;
- Ensuring a clean, safe, and hygienic working environment according to HACCP guidelines;
- Contributing ideas for process improvements and efficiency on the shop floor;
- Collaborating with colleagues to ensure stable and continuous production.
REQUIREMENTS
- MBO (vocational) working and thinking level, preferably technical or process technology related;
- Experience in a production environment is a plus;
- Technical insight and affinity with machines and processes;
- Accurate, quality-oriented, and responsible;
- Willingness to work in shift patterns;
- Stress-resistant and able to maintain overview;
- Good command of Dutch and/or English language.
