JOB DESCRIPTION
As a Staffing Manager, you are responsible for the optimal planning, coordination, and deployment of personnel within operational processes. You act as the link between operations, recruitment, and HR, ensuring that the right people are in the right place at the right time.
You have a dynamic role in which you continuously switch between short-term planning and long-term capacity management. You maintain oversight, adjust where necessary, and ensure efficient and high-quality workforce deployment within an international context.
Key responsibities?
- Coordinate and optimize workforce planning and staffing levels;
- Align with operations, recruitment, and HR regarding staffing needs;
- Monitor capacity, productivity, and employee deployability;
- Identify bottlenecks in planning and proactively address them;
- Ensure efficient use of flexible workforce resources;
- Analyze data related to staffing, absenteeism, and performance;
- Contribute to and implement improvements in staffing processes;
- Manage and coach (junior) planners or staffing coordinators (if applicable).
REQUIREMENTS
- MBO+/HBO working and thinking level;
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in workforce planning, staffing, or a similar role;
- Experience in logistics, production, or staffing agencies is a plus;
- Strong planning, organizing, and prioritization skills;
- Analytical mindset and comfortable working with data;
- Strong communication skills and ability to work under pressure;
- Good command of Dutch and/or English;
- Proactive, solution-oriented, and hands-on attitude.
