JOB DESCRIPTION

As a Personnel Coordinator, you are the visible and decisive link on the work floor. You are the first point of contact for both employees and clients, ensuring that daily operations run smoothly and according to agreements.

In this role, it is essential that you stand your ground, act quickly, and intervene directly when necessary. You frequently handle ad hoc issues and ensure that rules, agreements, and safety regulations are strictly followed. You maintain control, adjust where needed, and bring structure, discipline, and calm to the workplace.

What will you do?

  • Act as the primary point of contact for employees and clients regarding questions, issues, and daily personnel matters;
  • Quickly and independently handle ad hoc operational disruptions, absenteeism, or behavior requiring intervention;
  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding of employees, including reception, instructions, and administrative processing;
  • Actively monitor compliance with house rules, procedures, working hours, and safety regulations, and enforce them immediately when needed;
  • Correct employees when necessary and address performance or behavioral issues directly;
  • Coordinate with internal departments such as planning, recruitment, and back office to ensure operational continuity.

REQUIREMENTS

  • MBO (secondary vocational education) level of working and thinking;
  • Experience in a similar role is a plus;
  • Natural authority and the ability to address and correct people;
  • Strong communication skills with a clear and direct communication style;
  • Stress-resistant and able to make quick decisions in ad hoc situations;
  • Good command of English; knowledge of Russian, Polish, Romanian, or other languages is a plus;
  • Flexible and willing to travel regularly and work outside standard office hours.
