JOB DESCRIPTION

As a Commercial Inside Sales Representative, you are the first point of contact for customers seeking information about services, rates, and vehicle availability. You are responsible for processing reservations, preparing quotes, and handling contracts. Additionally, you address customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and customer-centric manner. You work closely with the sales and support teams to achieve sales objectives and provide excellent customer service. Moreover, they aim to support your professional development and gradually transition you to a sales role within the company.

REQUIRMENTS

Experience in a commercial inside sales role is a plus, with a passion for cars being an absolute requirement. Minimum of vocational education level 3 is required, supplemented with completed training in a commercial field or the automotive sector. Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset are crucial. Proficiency in Dutch and English is required, knowledge of German is a plus. Familiarity with CRM systems is considered a bonus. You are proactive, detail-oriented, and able to handle stress.
