JOB DESCRIPTION
As an Operator Baker, you are responsible for preparing pies, pastries, crumbles, almond paste, dough, and bavarois according to planning and recipes. While your official title is Production Operator, in the bakery, you will feel like a true baker. You will learn about different production lines and have the opportunity to advance to Operator 1, 2, or even Operator 3 (team leader).
What will you do?
- Train on different production lines and learn about ingredients.
- Independently operate and set up a production line.
- Troubleshoot minor technical issues and coordinate with the technical department for major malfunctions.
- Work closely with your team and adapt flexibly to production needs.
- Work in a 3-shift system.

EMPLOYMENT CONDITIONS
- Salary between €2,600 and €3,300 gross per month (full-time, 38 hours), based on the Bakers CAO.
- Additional allowances for evening, night, and weekend shifts.
