JOB DESCRIPTION
As a Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing various construction projects. You act as the liaison between management and the workforce, ensuring efficient and successful project execution within specified deadlines and budgets. You ensure the quality of the workers and manage and plan projects systematically. You are the point of contact for managers, construction personnel, and the client.
REQUIRMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, preferably in a construction-related field;
- Work experience as a site supervisor is an advantage;
- Strong organizational and managerial skills;
- Excellent communication skills and problem-solving ability;
- Ability to work under pressure and within tight deadlines;
- Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations and safety standards;
- Willingness to work flexibly;
- Possession of a valid driver’s license.
