JOB DESCRIPTION
As an handyman, you are the all-rounder within our team. You ensure that all buildings and housing facilities remain in excellent condition. No two days are the same — you carry out a wide variety of maintenance tasks and contribute to a safe and well-functioning environment.
Your responsibilities:
- Repairing doors, locks, and windows;
- Performing plumbing work, such as fixing leaks, installing sanitary facilities, and resolving blockages;
- Carrying out small construction and maintenance jobs, including carpentry, tiling, and painting;
- Identifying technical issues and advising on solutions;

Working independently or in coordination with colleagues and residents.
REQUIREMENTS
- Experience in a technical or maintenance-related role;
- A real handyman — you enjoy fixing and improving things;
- Possession of a valid driver’s license (B category is a plus);
- Independent, solution-oriented, and reliable;
- Friendly and good communication skills;
